HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

 

 

 

MIX ALL TOGETHER THEN PLACE IN 13 x 9 CASSEROLE DISH

            (This can be made the night before and refrigerated)

 

1 Large Pkg Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes

 

8 oz. Sour cream

 

1 Can Cream of Celery Soup

 

½ Small Onion, Chopped

 

½ Tsp Salt

 

1 Stick (1/4 lb) Margarine, Melted and Cooled

 

1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

 

 

ALLOW POTATOES TO THAW BEFROE PUTTING ON CRUMB TOPPING AND BAKING

 

 

CRUMB TOPPING:

 

Mix Together:

 

1 Tube Ritz Crackers, Crushed

 

4 TBSP Margarine, Melted

 

Put On Potatoes JUST before Baking (Do not add if putting in refrigerated to bake later)

 

Bake at 350 Degrees for 40 minutes
