Rental Fee: $1,498.00

Payment Terms:  ½ due with contract and remainder due ten days after owners confirm renter’s names with Eagle’s Nest Desk and notify renters.


Terms of Use:

This agreement is entered into for the purpose of personal use by the renter and their traveling party. Under no

circumstances shall this unit by sublet, occupied or given to another party without the express, written consent of

the owner. The renter must be at least 22 years of age. No cancellations are allowed once a reservation is made and

the reservation is non-refundable. The renter agrees to not exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to

comply may result in eviction by the resort. Should this occur, there will be no refund of rental fees to the renter.

The renter acknowledges and agrees that they will follow all policies and procedures of the resort. No pets are

allowed in the unit. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possible remedies to

potential damages incurred in the unit. The renter accepts all responsibility related to any loss, theft or damages to

the unit or resort property during the rental period. In the event the security deposit does not cover such damages,

the owner may pursue legal remedies. The renter is completely responsible for any costs, taxes and/or fees incurred

at the resort, along with any other travel-related costs. The renter will be expected to provide their credit card upon

arrival for check-in to cover incidental expenses. The unit must be left in the condition specified by the resort

management. The renter is advised to contact the specific resort to obtain a copy of the resort’s policies and

procedures and be aware of such policies prior to arrival at the resort. This agreement represents all understandings

and agreements between the parties regarding this timeshare use agreement. Any subsequent amendments must be

made in writing and signed by both parties.
